Creator 2010 Special Edition Installation

I've installed VHS to DVD 3 on a windows vista PC. I have an old copy of Roxio Creator 2010 special edition that I want to install on the same PC. The Creator 2010 has never been installed since purchase. Can Creator and VHS to DVD 3 be installed on the same PC without loss of functionality for either product?

My guess is, since we are guessing here, 2010 is too old so the EVD 3 installer won't notice it...

 

Once installed you should be able to use Either to capture with...

 

The 2010 Editor is superior to EVD 3's in most respects. But EVD 3 is the only Roxio program that can span DVD's

 

Not that you couldn't capture with either and do major edits in VideoWave then if a spanned dvd was needed, take the files into EVD 3 to do that!

 

Lots of possibilities here, let us know what you find out

That Roxio Creator SE would have the same functionality as VHS to DVD to capture from an analog input.. My guess is that one will wipe out the other.
