Roxio No Signal

So I've had the "Roxio Game Capture" for about 1-2 years now, and i use it here and there..but now when i try to record something it comes up at "NO SIGNAL" or in Xsplits case "CAMERA IS NOT AVAILABLE". My roxio is in the same spot when in i first got it didn't touch anything all the settings are the same.
