bfm
I do not understand your answer. I purchased the software from a Frye's store a couple of years ago. All I have is the original CD with the CD Key number listed on the back side of the paper cover.
Brendon
Hello BFM, Easy Media Creator 10 came in two parts, the Program and the Content. Usually it was in two CDs, although I have seen both combined on a data DVD or in a download. The contents of the Program CD would look like this, or very close to it: The Content CD had this sort of structure: You were meant to install the Program CD first, and you could then add extra content as an option. If you tried to run the Content CD first, you would get the error you have complained of. You say you only got one CD. If it isn't actually a DVD with both data sets in it, then it looks like you only have a Content CD. Please explore the CD in Windows to see what sorts of files are on it. Regards, Brendon
