Missing Dll File

When I try to run "Create DVD's" or "Edit Video Advanced" I get the following error: "The program can't start because d3dx9_33.dll is missing from your computer" Then it says try reloading. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program with the same results. This is the first time I've used this feature and of course I'm past the 14 day window. I have Windows 7 operating system. Other NXT Pro 2 programs work well, which is why I hadn't tried these until now. Any advice of what I should do or try?

This solution no longer works because MS is forcing you to install it's new operating system (Windows 10). Is there a workaround to avoid having to do this. I have Windows 7 Home Premiums OS.

 

MS is not forcing you to W10. Perhaps you did not read all the Windows 10 provided information. They even tell you HOW to return to an earlier operating system.
