What is the maximum file size and which formats are supported? I have attempted several and get either, "file XXXX can not be added" or "file can not be more than XX". I have tried MOV, MTS but do not have any small WMV or Mep2/4 to try. Thought I would ask here before making any small files and trying.

I know this doesn't answer your question but your best bet is to download the desktop version to your computer and make the PhotoShow from there. You can then upload the PhotoShow to the web site.

The above depends on 1) You have a Premium Membership and 2) You don't have a MAC.

I see you found the answer to the question in your other post. By the way; it is considered to be bad etiquette on these forums to threadjack (adding a question to someone else's thread). Always start you own thread if you have questions -- what is affecting your issue may not be the same as someone else's.

I have premium membership and not on a MAC - had this issue before and support has told me for 2-3 years that they are aware and trying to fix - I have an existing show that I am trying to add videos to - I have tried every format Roxio says they support but none work -

I am sure you know but their support is atrocious

Have you download PhotoShow Version 6 from your Premium Membership page to your desktop? Once you do, and sign in using that desktop version, you can select which ones to download and then which ones to upload.

If you have issues after that, come back and let us know.

Yes, there are several functions in PhotoShow that are broken and Corel/Roxio is not seemingly able to fix (probably because it is too old and no one knows how to work with old programs). I haven't found anything close to it as a substitute for a quick PhotoShow. Have you considered one of the full function Creator Suites and then use the edit video function (video Wave /edit Video-Advanced) to make your slide shows. You can then upload them to YouTube or similar.
