Question

The worst preview problem with my NXT2 videowave that never happened older RC2009 or 2011 version. I tried to insert 16 m2ts HD video files (8.7GB) taken from Sony HDR-SR11 Handycam, totally 1hr/12 mnt duration in production editor timeline created. But unfortunately, when the play button in preview screen clicked, the movie clip disappear replaced by blank black picture with no sound, then stop working at 1.14sec, then finally videowave hang, not responding).

I have tried using mpeg video clips with the same result. All 2011 deinstallation/NXT2 installation process has been done without any error. Pls pls pls anybody can help me?

Start with a proper repair:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Yes it is frustrating when you stop and realize that NXT has been out for a year, NXT 2 for 4+ months and NO ONE has ever found a bug in it that would cause these results

So the problem IS in your PC or your install.

Do the repair again, it can take 3 times to get it right.

If you want us to look at one of your files, do a 5 second capture and post it on a web sharing site, like UpForDown
