Video Problems With Roxio

So this has happened to me twice already, I am a streamer and a avid lets play host, I bought this produce to capture gameplay. However, I find that at times, it will not record my video, it will show an unusable file with no preview, instead of my 30 minutes of game capture.

Your video was removed for foul language... Post a clean one and it can stay.

 

Post the problem - details, connections, PC specs, screen cap, etc.

 

The stream issue is known and we are hoping for a fix.

 

The narration capture is easy to accomplish but not built in.

 

Your capture issues can be tracked down but it starts with the information you didn't provide

 

Just so you know, this is NOT Roxio Support but only a peer-to-peer board that is very rarely visited by Roxio.
