Recording Video And Sound Glitch

Hi people i looking for a solution for this i try all but still having some glitches while recording here its my PC Specs:

 

Manufacturer:

System manufacturer

Processor:

Intel® Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~5.8GHz

Memory:

16 GB RAM DDR3

Hard Drive:

1500 Gb

Video Card:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 ti

Monitor:

22" Samsung Flat Screnn

Sound Card:

Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)

Speakers/Headphones:

Keyboard:

G-15

Mouse:

G-9

Mouse Surface:

Razer

Operating System:

Windows 7 ultimate x64

Now, WHAT is the problem?

When i start recording i have very bad Video And Sound Glitch Here its a Video Sample:

 

What are you connected to?

Xbox One Using HDMI 720p

 

What else have you tried?

NO!

 

The HDCP code will prevent you from Recording - you will see the red 'Signal Protected'...

 

I am curious how you got around that one? ;)

 

You need to hook up a completly different source, like a DVD or BD Player - Anything that has HDMI Output and see how that works. That test will help pin down where the problem is.

Well the steps above works but around 20 minutos of recording whit fraps Video And Sound Glitch star again.

If it is after 20 Minutes, it is likely your PC or its' GPU overheating...

 

But you need to do the testing as I indicated -_-

I dont think so i have notification system when my PC Gets overheating i dont get any Warning was running smooth

 

You can check at minute 39:00 also was minute 39 not 20 but anyways why this happen! even recording whit external software ?
