sknis Posted February 4, 2014 Report Share Posted February 4, 2014 if you are not going to make high definition DVDs (AVCHD or Blu Ray), it does't matter. All standard DVD will will 720 by 480. Are you planning on making either AVCHD format discs or blu rays? Creator 2010 should have no issues with the files from the camcorder. Stay away from the mov file format if you can. Videos taken from a still camera masquerading as a camcorder sometime need to be converted to mpg2 or AVCHD first.
