I would very much appreciate some help with a query.......
I am using Toast 11 on my Mac. I have successfully created a project by using the AVCHD files straight from my camcorder SD card. All good so far, I am amazed I got the far!
But, although I have burnt the project disc, I have saved the project just in case I want the tweak the project at a later date. I have realised that the project is looking for the source files, which I have cut and pasted to an external hard drive.
Anyway, I am about to start another urgent project, and would like to start by copying the content of the SD card to my external hard drive, where they will stay, and where I will work the project from. However, I cannot seem to browse to the media on the external HD within Toast. Am I going mad?? The closest I got was to search as data, but it showed the files as QuickTime I think, and could not open them.
