I Have Everything Hooked Up Correct..

A few days ago i was recording fine no problems but today i plug in my USB turn on my Xbox and open the capture thing on the PC.. Nothing loads and its says no signal in red under status..

I have tried everything re installing unplugging everything and redoing it.. Its been stressful it doesn't make sense how its not working.

How would we know what Roxio Product you are using

 

Generally RED means the device is recognized and working but it isn't receiving any signal from your Xbox...

You are missing the point...

 

As already stated, the RED signal means the capture card is not getting a signal from your Xbox. So we want you to try another source (other than your Xbox).

 

So try a DVD or BR Player and see what happens.

I dont got a DVD player that can hook up to my Roxio game cap HD pro.. My DVD players are old and they dont have an HD port.

 

PS. I dont really know much about this kind of stuff lmao...

There is not much we can do till you prove whether the problem is Roxio/Xbox, can you not borrow one for a quick test.

I hooked it up to my PC as you would do to the xbox and i have 2 monitors so it should work but still said no signal..
