Usb Drive Not Showing Up

Okay so I was using the HD Pro caturing gameplay then it stopped responding and a message appeared saying the USB drive was unrecognizeable or something. I went on to uninstall the software, then after reinstalling, the device driver would never re-download. Nothing pops up when I try pluggin in the USB. I can though download driver software with other products.. Something wrong with the device itself? This is annoying. XD

That must be Hoosier as I cannot understand what you are trying to convey :lol::huh:

A "USB Drive" would be a flash drive or any CD/DVD/BD/HDD/SSD drive that is attached to a PC with a USB cable...

It seems you might have made a user error and allowed Windows to install a driver for the RGC Device - it will install the WRONG driver everytime!!!

You have to run a Proper Repair to make things right!

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
