Unable To Capture Video From Youtube

I'm unable to capture a YouTube video. Have watched the help video, but my video does not display in Roxio, only in my browser.

When the tutorial was made, it worked but YouTube keeps making changes so that the process no longer works. I have another program from a different developer that is supposed to do that also and it doesn't work for most videos even after a fix was done.

 

If you bought the program within 30 days, get your money back contact sales support. Telling us that you bought a $100 program mainly because of that one feature opens yourself to criticism especially when a little on-line search would have given you free solutions.

It doesn't work and will probably never be fixed, . If you would have looked up the topic you would have found that out by now. There are some other programs that will do that.

I recently found out that the FREE "Any Video Converter " will download the videos and will out put them to what ever format you want. Firefox also has an add-on for it,
