As others stated, when I click on WEB VIDEO, it tells me to: install the latest version of Flash, and to open my browser. Following those instructions, I HAVE installed the latest version fo Flash Player from Adobi. But I get the same error message when I again click on WEB Video.
Unlike references made in some of the replies, I do NOT want to copy YouTube videos. The problem seems to be with Copy and Convert not recognizing the Adobe Flash Player. Perhaps Roxio NT doesn't want "the latest" version of Flash Player, perhaps Roxio NT wants a specific previous version?
The Copy and Convert feaure is one of the main reasons I purchased Roxio NT, could Roxio please provide related support?
