Glitchy Video | Roxio Game Cap Hd [Wii U]

Question

Hi, ever since I have had my Roxio no matter what I capture has had this glitchy screen issue. I have tried everything that I have been able to search up on Google, every video and every forum. Nothing has worked. I thought it was my computer overheating and I have bought new cooling, but that didn't fix the issue. My computer specs are also more than capable of running this card:

 

Operating System

Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

CPU

AMD Phenom II X4 965

Deneb 45nm Technology

RAM

8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz (9-9-9-24)

Motherboard

ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4N68T-M-V2 (AM3)

Graphics

1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Gigabyte)

 

 

I'm not sure what else to do. I've reinstalled and repaired countless times, and now the program stopped recognizing the device so I can't even use it anymore.

That can be a bit hard to pin down but it has never been an tracked to the RGC Device or the Software :huh:

 

It is always the CPU or GPU... EVERYTHING on your PC MUST be set to stock settings!

 

No overclocking or any other tweak that you might think or have been advised will improve your performance.

 

Another way to test is to hook it up to a DVD or BD Player and run that for an hour or so ;)
