Question

OKAY so i ordered my Roxio HD capture PRO around the beginning of january( think it was around the 8th) and my recipt in my email claimed it would be here before feb 2nd....so i still havent recieved it, now have i had any contact by any mail or by roxio themselves as to where it is....it works out to around 150$ for the whole piece and it still isnt here...i live in Ontario Canada, i made sure all my billing adress and everything like that was correct but still no news about it at all....is there a number i need to call? apply for a refund or something or what do i need to do? this is really frustrating because when i rodered my original roxio the same thing happened but it was through amazong...so if an administrator or someone who has a wealthy amount of knowledge can help me id be really appreciative...thankyou

Did you look under Support/Support Home/ There is a link to check your Order Status as well as a Phone Number.

This is a user forum, and Roxio very rarely make an appearance on here.

I also live in Ont, and have found over the years that anything coming from the states ALWAYS takes a long long time to get here.

You will have to be patient.

when i checked my order status it said it was shipped and such but theres no tracker, it was shipped via international mail, and they dont have a traacking site to tell you where abouts in the process your order is...so for about 3 weeks ive been sitting twiddeling my thumbs :/
