White Screen On Startup

Hi, for a couple of years my Roxio 2012 has worked flawlessly until yesterday. I tried to open it up and all I got was a white screen and at the bottom was a link to update to a newer design. I could not get it to work so I removed the program and re loaded it. Same result, white screen only. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks in advance

I dont understand what you mean by screenshot? should I copy and paste the screen? Sorry for my not knowing what you mean...thanks again....

Hi Jim, another piece of my puzzle, I un and re installed the program, still the white screen. I did notice when I moved the curser around the white area, I was able to open various divisions of the program when I noticed the cursor changing from an arrow to the finger indicating the location of the program. After clicking on that area, the section opened up and was useable. thanks....

Can you post a screen shot of the update message?

 

Try using Windows restore to return your computer to the day before yesterday. That should work. If you are using any registry cleaners - don't including the one likie Registry Mechanic and those in antivurus software like Norton 360.

 

Have you changed your video drivers lately?

The message I got was for me to upgrade to Creator NX, when I clicked on that I was sent to the Roxio purchase upgrade page.....No I haven't changed any video drivers Thanks....

Hi, I failed to mention that I recently installed Adobe Lightroom 5 and have not used Creator since then but would like to keep and use both programs as each one has it's benefits. thank you..
