djctree Posted February 5, 2014 Report Share Posted February 5, 2014 I have about 6 DVDs burned and they work fine. All of a suden, Im stuck in PAL output mode and I can NOT viw the DVDs. I have tried all of the same items listed above and when I burn my Memorx and/or (tried them both) Maxell DVD-RW, the format outputted on the DVD is always PAL. Due to it being PAL, it does not work on ANY of my playback devices. I would like the settings to be back in NTSC but it will not work. I will say, these videos were taken from a VHSC to VCR converter VCR tape. The VCR player is the same and the video/audio imported in fine. Now the files are on my computer, and I can not get off the PAL setting when burning these to a DVD.. I tried to change PAL to NTSC under the computer setting. - Didnt work. I deleted and reinstalled. - Didnt work. Im lost on next steps. Since the orginal post is almost 9 months away, Im hoping you have found a solution to this problem. Can you asisst?
