honestly??? It is considered good advice to turn OFF any anti virus software during an install because most will mistake registry and other changes as an assault on your system and won't allow it!

But I feel the really important parts of this are the creation of a New Administrator Account and the Lack of using any Compatibility settings ;)

i ve been trying to solve this, I hav some questions. In the Revo Unninstaler roxio doesnt show up (http://gyazo.com/03f56ad33d80fe5d24733b76e1a80fa4)(http://gyazo.com/0c9cba08f535af46be85bc65a718ae69'>http://gyazo.com/0c9cba08f535af46be85bc65a718ae69 ) (http://gyazo.com/0c9cba08f535af46be85bc65a718ae69 ) , does that means that there is nothing related with the Roxio Gamecap HD in my PC?

I also found this Error Code on the Log Files ( http://gyazo.com/580...503cb95062d0d7f )

Posting pictures on this site is actually easier than the way you are doing it ~ info HERE

You are correct, it is does no install it will not be in the program list... But sometimes there is enough partial install that the advice is valid -_-

"1603" is the error code number for "IncompatibleSuite"

It often helps to get a friend to come over and go through the steps with you ~ two heads better than one

Actually what is showing in your logs (only needed ONE) is the ambiguous IncompatibleSuite error...

This is extensive, but it what I suggest...

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.

Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.

Reboot and log on to that new account.

Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.

In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.

Under the Compatibility tab, make sure
nothing
is checked!

Right click Setup.exe and select Open.

Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows)

Use the Default Locations!
