While Editing - Play Mode Jumps & Program Locks Up

When I try to play back movies while editing in Videowave, the playback locks up and/or jumps. I have done the fix/reinstall to see if that would fix anything but it hasn't. When I watch my processes it seems like my computer gets maxed out when it is just starting up and then it gets locked up. I have attached my Belarc info if that helps. Any ideas or suggestions to what is going on?

Edit removed the Belarc attachment because it contains CD keys for software installed on your PC!

Get a screen shot of your necessary Belarc info and then edit, black out or remove the CD key information and resubmit if that would help. And give some information about your computer specs etc.
