Roxio Wont Preview In Hd

So I had the Roxio HD pro for a while and no I had this problem were if I have my Xboxl hd tv settings in Hd then my Roxio wont let me see my game play in the preview section but if I change it to 480p then I can see it I tried every thing checked cables ect I have the Dell inspiron 15 its brand New it has the intel core i3 with 6 gb ram and running at 1.90 GHz

But it did work OK on your other PC???

 

A blank preview window when the 'Ready' is showing indicates an issue with your Video Card/Chip settings...

 

NO tweaks - make sure everything in the GPU is set to standard!!!!

what I did was I refreshed my settings in windows 8 you just go to the control panel and there should be a option to refresh your settings back to default once I did that my Roxio worked prefect thanks Jim for giving me the idea to do that bc u got me thinking and said to make sure every thing was standard your a Big help you helped me out last time when I was having quick time problems with my old pc Thanks a lot
