Game Capture Not Working!

I've checked and my Roxio Game Capture HD pro is plugged in correctly but when I start trying my xbox I get a black screen that occasionally flickers a blue bar on the right side of the screen on my TV and on my computer I have a red No Signal sign. I have no idea why and I cant capture with it at all.

Ive been reading lots and lots of forums and tried all of them none of them have worked

If you have the Red 'No Signal' it means the RGC Device and Software are fine but it is not getting a valid signal...

 

Grab a DVD or BD Player and try it with that.

 

Of course you never listed your specs, so it could be that your PC can't support it

Ive had it work 3 times and record really well

What do you think No Signal means?
