Toast 10 Blu Ray Plugin Re-Download?

Jason Jolliff

Question

A couple years ago and downloaded the Toast 10 Pro Titanium Blu Ray plugin. I have the serial number that I got in an email but I have since reformatted my Mac. Is there a link to just download the plugin without having to buy again?

My bank statement says that I bought the program and plugin from Grabsoftware. Not sure if that helps or not but can't seem to find that website.

Frustrated

Thank you for any assistance that you can provide.

I had just installed it. I had backed up the whole application but not that plugin apparently which is NOT like me at all. I keep copies of everything:-(

I appreciate your willingness to try to help

I don't think the plugin is actually a plugin. I think the installer merely unlocks those options in the Toast application. That's why I wondered if copying the previously installed Toast 10 back to the Mac might also retain the full capability. I'll have some time today to look around some more.

I may be wrong about this. When I installed Toast 11's Blu-ray plugin it removed that capability from my copy of Toast 10. So there may be something in a library somewhere.

Hello everybody, sorry to bug you guys. I just fix my old power pc g5. And I have hd footage from an hdv cam and am trying to burn it into blueray but I can't because I need to install the hd plug in. But I can't find it anywhere. I would appreciate if someone can provide me with a link where I can purchase it. I have been told that is going to be impossible to get. I would purchase your serial number if you want. I would appreciate that a lot. I don't know what else to do. Please help! I can't purchase any new toast version since my computer it's not intel. Thanks!

How about the blue link, at the bottom of Post #18 of this thread?

Sorry Jason, I was waiting for an email response from tsantee and when I saw the response to you original question (I was looking for something else) I found your email in my Junk box!

With tsantee's assurance "I wouldn't worry about copyright because it requires a license code to install." I will try to attach it here.

It's worked as it's less than 30Mb, which I didn't know.

I can't find a copy of the installer in any of my stuff. I guess you'll have to buy another to get the installer. Or it may be better to buy Toast 11 Pro. They sent me an email with a promo to buy Toast 11 Pro for $79.99 and that includes the plug-in and some other apps. Here's a link: I don't know when that deal expires.

Well, it has Blu Ray options in there but when I click on it it tries to take me to the browser and web page that list the Plug In shopping cart page:-/ There doesn't seem to be anywhere where I can enter my plug in serial number.

That's what happens when the plugin is not installed.

I'll look to see if I have in on a back up disc somewhere. But it isn't on any of my hard drives. If you have a copy of Toast 10 that you backed up before reformatting your hard drive, try copying it back to your Applications folder. It may be that it will show the Blu-ray features as active.

Jason & tsantee I have a copy of this.

tsantee, you've helped a lot in the past regarding HD photos & videos. What's the best way for me to send you a copy (1.3 m on disc)? I know you already had a copy but I don't want to post it here as it might infringe on copywrite if someone who hasn't bought it gets it for free.

You have emailed me in the past and I've responded, but I don't remember how to do it. Please do so again. That way I can send it only to you as an attachment.

I'd rather you handle this as I rarely access this forum.

I look forward to your reply.

Glad you have it because I haven't found mine. If you use Dropbox or other cloud storage you can upload it there and send Jason a private message with the link. I wouldn't worry about copyright because it requires a license code to install.
