yetifan 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2014 I'm using a 27" IMac with Final Cut Pro 7.0.3. When I chose the disc image option in Toast it seems to be for DVD since the file size was only 3.8GB. Obviously, I'd like to have a Blu-ray disc image so that reburning my project again and again won't take forever. Thanks in advance, Scott
0 tsantee 231 Report post Posted February 10, 2014 If you are in the Blu-ray or HD DVD setting in the Toast Video window and choose Save as Disc Image, you will get a Blu-ray format image file.
0 yetifan 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2014 (edited) Does that file have .img or .toast at the end? And thanks for the quick response! Edited February 10, 2014 by yetifan
0 tsantee 231 Report post Posted February 11, 2014 It has .toast at the end but you probably can change it to .iso or .img if you like in the Finder. If you use Toast Image File setting in the Copy window to mount the disc image you'll see what it created in the Finder. You also can play it with Roxio Video Player from Toast's Extras menu although you won't have a working menu.
