Software Doesn't Start

Hello everybody, I'm here because I need your help :)

 

I have installed everything, the xbox360 and tv work perfectly but, when I try to start the software, this dosen't start, please I really need help.

 

I have installed and unistalled a lot of time.

This is my pc:

Windows vista home premium 32-bit SP2

Amd athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 4200+, 4.0gb ram, Ati Radeon HD 4600 1gb.

RGC work, I can see the xbox on tv but when i try to start the software, this dosen't start, no message, nothing, but RGC still work because I see the xbox on tv.

the driver work, RGC are perfecty installed.

I try directly Roxio media capture but i got this:

First thing to try is a proper repair...

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
