Soccer101 Posted February 13, 2014 Report Share Posted February 13, 2014 I plugged in everything correctly with my 2 hdmi cables and the usb but it shows no signal on my tv and their is a no signal in red on the preview when you record i need some help please reply ps. Hazard93 Posted February 13, 2014 Report Share Posted February 13, 2014 You need to state how you have set it all up, where are the hdmi's going, what you have going to input, and what you have going out of output, otherwise no one can help you. It may just be a case of isntalling your software again because i have this same issue when i started. Hazard93 Posted February 13, 2014 Report Share Posted February 13, 2014 yeah try that buddy, most of the time it just takes another reinstall, i do not know why but i got told the same, turn off firewall whilst doing it aswell and any anti virus you have, then after reinstall restart computer then turn firewall and anti virus back on, then plug the capture card in via usb install the drivers, THEN plug your HDMI's in, you should be fine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Start Menu > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall There will be a little side menu and an option saying ''Turn windows firewall on or off'' select that. Jim_Hardin Posted February 14, 2014 Report Share Posted February 14, 2014 This is extensive, but it what I suggest... Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio. Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges. Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall. Reboot and log on to that new account. Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD. In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties. Under the Compatibility tab, make sure nothing is checked! Right click Setup.exe and select Open. Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows) Use the Default Locations!
