Rewind Option

Hey guys, i am planning on making a Fifa 14 montage of goals that i have scored, i was playing with editor today and i am just wondering, does videowave have a rewind effect? i want it so that when i score a goal on one of the clips it hits the net, then rewinds back out to where his kicking the ball, then for it to go slow motion back into the net, any suggestions?

 

There's lots of special effects i want to add to my montage which i may be restricted on, but i will post any questions on effects here from now on.

NO! And I don't know why either, it is not like you are the first who has asked

 

There are some out there if you search... You could Export that portion you want to reverse then use the regular clip - add the reverse one after it - add the regular again and select TRIM for that part to slow the speed...

yeah i did actually think about splitting the clip like you described, take the full clip, split the part i want, export then add that onto the end of the other clip, but then its not exactly a reverse feature, it just jumps back then plays as such, kind of sucks, maybe i will have to opt for another program to do these effects

That is not exactly what Jim said to do - you have to add a "reverse effect" to the clip your want to reverse.

 

Do a google search on "reverse video", there are a few free programs available.

 

Corels VideoStudio has the reverse effect as one of its options but then that is not a free program

Hey guys thanks for helping!

 

So today i decided to search some software up and i came across ''Video Time Reversal''

 

Its free to download and the file size is not exactly big, its actually pretty small so no worries for the file size freaks out there

 

Very basic software but does the job pretty well as far as i can tell, it doesn't effect the video quality that much, but you can see a slight difference in colour drop.

 

If anyone wants to see a clip i done with the software before downloading then just give me a shout, or i may post a link back in this topic later.
