sknis Posted February 15, 2014 Report Share Posted February 15, 2014 The guidelines are that if a Roxio program can't or won't work, it is permissible to suggest (not recommend) looking at another program that works and is free. The following is not a recommendation but is a suggestion. I recently found out that the free "Any Video Converter" will download a YouTube (or other video) if you enter the URL. I've have used it recently with good results. An added benefit is that that program is excellent for converting non-standard video to formats that Creator will accept (like flv).
