Thecatnapper Posted February 15, 2014 Report Share Posted February 15, 2014 I have been having a lot of problems recently with my roxio/ software (Anytime I clicked in the capture menu it would stop working) So I uninstalled it, I tried re installing it to find out I lost the sleeve with the code. If he needs anything from you he will ask it in your PM message. He lives in another time zone and has the weekend off, be patient. What do I do? Did you register the program? If yes then you should be able to retrieve your key code from the list of your registered products.
