Paul Monagle
How do I get in touch with someone to talk to about Toast 11? I downloaded an update recently and now I am unable to transfer from a Tivo unit.
Roadster Terry
tsantee (Digital Guru) -- Thanks much for your update. I have three TiVo units on my network, only one Roamio. Two premieres. I can pull videos I want to archive over to one of the Premieres, then pull into my Mac. I've just ordered Toast 11, so will get this running soon I hope. I've put in a MoCA network which makes streaming and transferring a breeze. Terry

Bajer1939
I'm very disappointed to find that there is now no direct support for Roxio products - problems abound as a look at the forum will confirm. Corel really should be improving this aspect, not downgrading it.
tsantee
is there a problem with maveric and toast 11 Toast mostly works with Mavericks. The Web video capture doesn't work. Are you having an issue or are trying to decide if you want to buy Toast 11?
Roadster Terry
I also found this problem. If you've just registered, you have 14 days free tech support. Call them to get an answer. For some reason, Roxio eliminated the Tivo to Mac transfer app. TiVo says to use their new streaming to iOS devices, but they have no solution to move content to a Mac computer, like was done previously with Toast. TiVo says to call Roxio. Do-loop here? Please post what you find out if you do call Tech Support directly. Thanks, Terry
Kingfisher500
I updated to Toast 11.2 a few days ago and was unable to open Toast. My operating system is OS X 10.9.2. I managed to reinstall Toast 11.1 and that is working. It also took several days to receive the confirmation email for my Roxio account so I could post this message. tsantee
I just ran the Toast 11.2 installer that I downloaded from Roxio's software updates page and it still has the TiVo Transfer application. It does not work with TiVo Roamio but does work with the Premiere models and some earlier TiVo's. I know that Roxio/Corel is aware of the issue but I don't know if they are intending to update the application. Hopefully they will do so soon. TiVo Transfer is working well for me with Mavericks and my TiVo Premiere. By the way, I just bought the TiVo Stream (much cheaper from Amazon) and after waiting a couple days following installation it is now working beautifully with my iPad and iPhone. That doesn't help if you need the transfer to be on your Mac.
