I have recently purchased the latest version of Roxio Creator NXT2, and I am experiencing problems with the VideoWave application.
When I try to start the application, it displays the following on-screen error message:
[ The current display settings do not meet the minimum requirements for this application. ]
[ Please change the screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher, and the color quality to 16-bit or higher. ]
The computer, in fact, does exceed the minimum requirements. It is configured for it to display in FHD 1920 x 1080 pixels, with color quality set at 32-bit color depth.
I have tried adjusting the display to other resolutions, but none have worked successfully.
The computer's system diagnostics report that there are no errors with the display adapter or its driver.
I ran the display adapter diagnostic and performance tests without any errors.
I have also checked the DirectX settings, and it detects no errors either.
I have checked the Knowledge Base and Community Forum for information related to this issue, but have found nothing to date.
