Question

Sorry if I put this thread in the wrong place.

I recently enquired a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, And i'm having an issue with it.

When I set it up, the gameplay won't appear in the little preview window, just on the TV. It also wont let me click options or anything on the software it's self either.

What do you have it hooked up to?

How?

Your PC seems OK and if the Pass Through (to your TV) works from the RGC Device, it would seem the Driver for it is installed OK.

Not sure what you mean by "...won't let me click..."???

Do you see a 'No Signal'? What Color is it?

Still a proper repair would be in order:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
