What Export Settings Should I Use?

Question

I have recently had a problem exporting videos, it seems like it's only the fairly long ones though. For instance a 12 minute video has no problem, but a 30 minute one will not export using "Same as Original" quality settings. It comes up with the error "Unable to build the render graph." I haven't found a solution to this, so unless someone has one, the question I'd like to ask is, I seem to be able to choose any other quality setting but which one would be the closest to just choosing "same as original"?

Sorry I was on my phone before... You may need a more extensive repair.

Keep in mind that I am assuming these are captured files... If these are some you downloaded or were otherwise not created by RGC then they could be the problem!!!

Also assumed is that you have administrative privileges on your PC.

If you meet those requirements then:

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
