Problem Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro

I have a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, is now a bit of time I use it and I never gave any problems.

These last few days that I used to record my PS3 I noticed that the preview (or quandoho finished reigstrare) I realize that you see all bars blue, gray, red.

Do you know why this thing?

Have not heard of that from a PS3...

 

Since you use Component, make sure the PS3 is set to output on them and not to some automatic setting.

 

In the case of the Xbox with this symptom, a through uninstall/reinstall is the cure:

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Download and install the

Revo

Uninstaller. Then run it in

Moderate Mode

to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

 

But I would try the first suggestion as well as checking your Video Card settings to make sure they are at the default values before I would attempt all of that
