Problem Viewing Photoshows - Split From Year Old, Hijacked Thread

Question

When I try to view my Photoshows, the systems asked for the latest version of Adobe. I loaded Adobe Flash player and the same request comes up for the latest version of Adobe.

 

Presently, Photoshow is now useless to me. I sent a request for help to Photoshow- but got no response.

 

If this problem cannot be solved, is there a more functional product available?

They will never solve the issue. There was one awhile ago that was attributed to an IE update. What browser are you using"

 

I do encourage you to send it a support ticket to Roxio/Corel just to they know that more and more people are becoming more and more angry.
