Easy Vhs To Dvd 3

I have converted many tapes from my analog camcorder to DVD with this software in the first few weeks, now I am unable to have video Signal and record button does not lit.

I only hear some sound but interrupted.

PC Windows 7 - No changes made to computer. Uninstalled program and installed again. Disconnected and connected several times..

HELP! basic words please, I am not a geek... Thanks.

It is possible that the device has malfunctioned; it is more likely that a connection is not making good contact. Check and recheck all connections.

 

First do a regular normal maintenance on your computer. Clean up your hard drive and defragment it (unless it is a solid state drive). Go here for some tools (link). For the tools you select, use the direct download link rather than the big green download button. Now, since this just started happening, use Windows system restore to get your computer back to when it worked.

 

If that doesn;t work, you may have to re-install the program with the capture device removed.

 

You don;t have to be a geek to do some reading and learning on your own. In fact, I am not a geek either (which you infer). No one here can come to your house to help you. Perhaps a Geek Friend?
