Help Getting Capture To Work On New Laptop/desktop

Hi guys,

 

I hope someone can help me here.

I recently upgraded my old laptop to a better one, and wanted to record some of my games on xBox onto this using the game capture. I had absolutely no problems with the software/hardware whilst using old laptop, but now everytime I plug it into my new laptop (and even my new desktop), all I get is this...

 

 

I have no idea what I've done wrong as the set up is identical - all I have done is move the USB from one computer to the other.

Funny thing is, I've kept my old laptop and it works perfectly on there. I would use it, but that old laptop is incredibly slow.

 

Can someone please tell me what I may have done wrong?

It isn't getting anything from your Xbox... That is where you issue lies.

 

The fact that it worked on your other laptop only proves that the device works.

 

Hook up a different source, a DVD or BD Player and see what it does
