decoyte
I live in the USA and want to make DVD's that will play in the UK (I think it's called D1 region format). Does anyone know if Roxio Creator NXT-2 can make DVD's that will work? Thanks

Does anyone know if Roxio Creator NXT-2 can make DVD's that will work? Thanks Most US type (NTSC) discs will play on European DVD players (PAL). The reverse is not true. Do you have an issue that you know of or are you projecting a possible problem.? BTW, Yes, you can make a PAL disc on NXT2 but why take the time? Does anyone know if Roxio Creator NXT-2 can make DVD's that will work? Thanks Region codes do not come into play here since all DVDs created by Roxio are region free. (BTW, there is no such thing as D1 region format) What does matter is the NTSC or PAL format but as sknis says, most European players can play both NTSC and PAL DVDs
