I Can Hear My Friends Voices But Not Mine When Playing Back The Recording Please Help

While I'm recording I can hear my friends voices but I cant hear my voice how can I fix it so I can hear my voice and my friends voices. This is for XBOX360 with the HDMI connections from he Roxio Game Capture HD. Please help.

You need audacity it's free, the capture card dose not capture your voice
