Red No Signal On Roxio Hd Pro



I have a roxio hd pro and in the program it says no signal in red. Im also willing to let someone connect ot my computer with teamviewer 9 we can talk through note pad and help me it would probally make you understand the problem


In the past i have had this issues and have asked for help and no one helps it makes me so angry because i just want to record my games is that to much to ask for
