blockheadish Posted March 3, 2014 Report Share Posted March 3, 2014 here's another "no video input" for the usb device. this has been going on for nearly a month. the sw was installed with admin privs. this win 8 machine is up to date with installed OS and applications, drivers, etc. there are no logged system error messages relate to this. the registration email has no support code. i keep doing loops within the support web site trying to enter a problem report. roxio should probably remove "Easy" from product names.
