Noise Issue - Split

I bought the easy lp to cd program about 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems from installation and now in its use I can connect cassette player to speakers and the audio sounds great however when I copy to computer it has all kinds of noise i have tried all the tools in the program to clear it up and still cant get a clear recording. I find this to be unacceptable please help me clear up these recordings

What are your PC Specs? - like I show in my sig block.

 

HOW are you set up? Good Short wires? Supported and not swinging in the breeze? Solid Connections?

 

Anything else electrical around your setup?
