Videowave Has Stopped Working Nxt Pro 14.0

All other Roxio products work fine. But VideoWave NEVER opens and instead gives me the following error. VideoWave MAY have worked previously, but I don't remember, it's been a long time since I needed to use it.

Please advise, in detail, repair options. NO ROXIO DISK AVAILABLE...PROGRAM PURCHASED AS A DOWNLOAD.

Should not be an issue but then...

Start with a Proper Repair - add nothing, leave nothing out

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
