Xsplit Video And Sound Delay

Hey i need help i try to put my roxio to xsplit and the video shows up good but i get a 4 second delay from the footage and this happens during the caputre On the Roxio Game Caputre HD pro app 2. Please help me with this becuase i want to do a duel gameplay with my other capture card black magic intensity pro thanks

Yes - Delay WHERE?

 

Keep in mind you cannot "play" any game through the Preview Window of the software... There is delay there and nothing can be done.

can the roxio team please to try to fix the delay please because i cant go anywhere with the delay it will help other people too thanks

yeah but still cant they see it when i press the xbox 360 controller 5 seconds later it pops up on the video and its too much of a delay to livestream it will be soo outsinced
