Installation Interrupted

Hey,

I have tried several times to reinstall VHS to DVD 3 Plus multiple times each to no success each time with the result of Installation interrupted, I have attached the log file from the last attempt to install.

I have created a new admin user, I have made sure that the AV and firewall are off, and that all compatibility settings are disabled, and have a copy saved on my HDD, still nothing works, any help is appreciated.

What is this and is it installed on the PC?

It was the previous version of the Software that was removed by easy VHS to DVD 3 plus, and no it is not on the system,
