Edit And Share Wont Open?

When I try open the edit and share option a text box appears on my screen and says that I need to change My resolution to 1024x768 or higher, and change my colour quality to 16-bit or higher, my current screen setting are both better than this though, My main monitor is currently set to 1920x1080, my second monitor is at 1366x768 and mycolour quality is at 32-bit. I don't understand what is wrong here so any help is appreciated.

Apparently not!

 

If your settings were correct you would not ever see that message.

 

Right Click on a part of your Desktop and pick Screen Resolution.

 

From there at the top, click Display. In there make sure your size is set to "Smaller"
