Are There Problems With Mp4S?

So i have heard from people that this software has issues with MP4 files, but I really hope they are wrong.... So the question is, will the software handle the home movies I have in MP4 format?

 

I will give you an example of one....

 

It's a one and a half hour video.... 640x480 frame

You did not state Version or what it is you want to do (assume DVD) but the short answer is NO it will not even see an MP4

 

 

Only workaround is to get a 3rd Party converter and convert them into mpg, mov or anything else it does see. Here are 2 we have used:

Or you could go and buy the full Creator, which doesn't have MP4s and other popular file types deliberately disabled.
