Disk Copy grey's out file selection

I have copied a DVD movie to an ISO file. It is not copy protected. When I try to copy using "Disk Copy" the file VIDEO_TS, the "ok" button is greyed out and I can't select it. I haven't had problems before and my destination is a Dual layer blank DVD.

I have played the VIDEO_TS with ATI DVD player so it is registering as a video.

I have EMC 7 with the updates. Reinstalled the updates but no success.

 

Any suggestions?

What EMC 7.5 program did you use to create the iso file? When you create an ISO file you should not be seeing any Video_TS folder. Are you using DiscCopier to burn the iso file to a DVD?

A ISO is just that. No Video_TS folder is present!

 

A DVD structure in a folder on your HD and Disc.

 

Contains a Audio_TS folder and a Video_TS folder.

Thanks for the info. I discovered I was just making a copy of the disk info and not an ISO file. Works properly once I created an ISO file.
