Won't Accepted Audio Discs - Split From Hijacked Topic

Hi when I capture audio taps record no problem till I come to burn it that's when it wont accepted any audio disks . It will copy & burn audio disks. it work fin for some time I have the same problem on all my computers I have reinstalled it also may be this is a windows 7 up date ?
