Roxio - No Signal + Black Screen On Xbox One

So I wanted to record Xbox one gameplay, and once I got my roxio game capture hd pro, I plugged in the hdmi from the xbox one to the roxio, plugged in the usb power cable, and also the hdmi out to my tv but it does not show up. I tried using different hdmi cables and it still wont work. When i just use one hdmi from the xbox one to the tv it works fine, but when i plug it back to the roxio, it won't show up again.

 

I don't really understand this tech stuff so please reply in easy english for me to understand

he RGC Device outputs adds an HDCP coding to the signal... Many TV's will not work if that coding is in the HDMI signal.

 

You need to add an HDMI Splitter BEFORE the RGC so your TV receives the HDMI signal with no HDCP coding.

Wait... So, I just plug in one of my hdmi cables into one of the slots of that splitter, and then to the RGC, and then another hdmi cable to my tv, and it would work?

Proceed as one IT? I try not to record my Xbox One with HP Pro card and unfortunately , does not appear to record anything , the screen does not appear Computer que que had a TV image , black and IS NOT burn anything anyone could help me , thank you.
